Actually, the entire bathroom is amazing. But really love the functionality of the sliding mirror and glass door. It uses traditional slider hardware that you'd find in a sliding barn door.

What do you think?

Cool concept but I would hate to keep clean and with kids.....yikes.... But I do think it is very well designed room.

Ingenious!!!

Although I am not a fan of modern/contemporary style this room is quite fashionable as well as functional.

As we all know we have had our share of "SNOOPERS" when they visit. This is actually quite common.

Can you imagine the curiosity of guests in this bathroom?

I also would not want to try to keep this room clean. Looks to be pretty high maintenance.

I do not care for the sliding doors on a tub/shower as I feel they require too much attention.

This design reminds me a bit of that.

Snoopers...too funny! Guess you'd have to hide the personal stuff elsewhere.

I don't see this as a kids bath either - but then again you could clean the whole thing w/Windex - might be a time saver.

I think it works well because the cooler modern feel is tempered by the warm colors.

Hmmm, now my own bathroom seems boring!

I have been procrastinating painting my entire downstairs. I love the colors but the walls are looking a bit tired. I have some custom painted areas in my bathroom and kitchen that I would love to keep but I do not think I will be able to when I repaint. ~SIGH~ My painter friend has moved from the area. I have offered to fly her here to paint something else but she now works in a different field and she loves it. She is actually a cook at a mental health clinic. Talk about changing directions!!!!

So, are you in need of a double-dog-dare to get motivated? ;)

Why not post some before pics and we'll all give our opinions! Would be fun!

I really do need some motivation. Maybe when the addition is at the painting point I will roll my sleeves up---way up and paint the entire downstairs.
I am also waiting for my SIL to decide on paint colors for her guest and master bedrooms. I think she has it narrowed it down to only a handful for each room.. HMMM, decisions.
It is a new home and has a very attractive beige throughout. Not builders beige, a bit darker.
Since she has been in the home we have painted the DR and her daughters bedroom.

I will try to post pics in the next couple of days.

Picking paint colors can be tough - it's a whole commitment thing! I had to paint my whole downstairs last year, so I picked three colors that complimented each other and used them throughout. So far I still like them (knock on drywall)!
